Measles Seen in 5 Airports This Month, Capping Off Year of Outbreaks
Measles has been confirmed at 5 airports this month. The impacted airports include Los Angeles’s LAX, Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Richmond International Airport, and Denver International Airport. In 2019 the US has seen the most measles of cases in over 2 decades. According to the CDC, the best way to protect yourself, and others, against measles is to get the MMR vaccine.
