Dr. Sofia Sherman-Weber graduated from UMDNJ/School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford and performed her training in Internal Medicine at St Michael’s Hospital and St. Elizabeth Hospital in NJ. She then completed her residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and went on to her Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Temple University School of Medicine.
Dr. Sherman-Weber provided Infectious Disease care the following two years at Philadelphia FIGHT, a non-profit, comprehensive HIV and Hepatitis C Care Center. Following her time with Philadelphia FIGHT, she consulted at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, participating in residency and clinical competency committees. Dr. Sherman-Weber joined our practice in 2016. She is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases and is a member of IDSA.
Dr. Weber has strong interest in working with HIV and Hep C infected patients, as well as tick borne illnesses.
