COVID-19 Hospitalizations Surge Across the US
The good news is, even against the delta variant, most people who receive two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine are protected against severe illness and hospitalization. But, hospitalizations are surging in New Jersey and throughout the country among unvaccinated people. Now is a critical time to stop this COVID-19 resurgence. As people continue to get infected and spread COVID-19, the more chances the virus has to mutate into vaccine-resistant strains. We urge everyone age 12 and up to get vaccinated to protect yourself and others.
