New York Mired in Outbreaks, Supply Shortages

New data shows that the state of New York accounts for more than 40% of the country’s COVID-19 cases. And that figure could get worse as New York City officials say they will run out of critical medical supplies in the next 3 weeks without federal government support. Mayor Bill de Blasio says that he has received no clear answer from the federal government as to when a shipment of supplies will arrive.
