We believe in the guiding principle that quality care leads to patient safety, best outcomes and ultimately patient satisfaction. We closely monitor and review all our patients’ outcomes in our office antibiotic infusion program for infection resolution, readmissions to hospitals and any adverse reactions to treatments. Our antibiotic infusion patients all receive anonymous patient satisfaction questions and surveys to ensure we are providing only the highest level of care and service. These are routinely reviewed as part of our quality metrics program so we may continue to strive for excellence. In order to provide a safe environment for our patients, we also conduct hand hygiene prevalence studies of our staff and medical providers so as to prevent and transmission of bacteria in our patient care areas.
