Our staff is trained and experienced in triage of such urgent situations either though our phone navigators or ID nurse navigators. We may request communication with your referring primary or specialist physician provider so as to obtain appropriate information, referral and rapid triage to our centers.  Our staff can also rapidly assess the potential of your need for IV antibiotics and insurance coverage so as to make your evaluation rapid and timely for you and start treatments.
