Younger Adults More Likely to Suffer Severe Neurological Symptoms of Long COVID than Older Patients
According to a recently published study, young and middle-aged adults with long COVID are more likely than older (over 65) long COVID patients to experience severe neurological symptoms. Neurological symptoms of long COVID can include impaired smell or taste, headaches, numbness and tingling, anxiety, insomnia, blurred vision, depression, fatigue and a lower cognitive function. The likelihood of these symptoms was not affected by the severity the initial COVID infection. In fact, only 200 of the 1,300 participants in the study required hospitalization for their initial COVID-19 infection.

Raw Milk Poses Contains High Levels of Avian Flu, Poses Health Risk
As Avian Flu outbreaks continue in dairy cows, tests show that raw milk contains very high levels of the live virus. Testing conducted by the California Department of Public Health showed that raw milk available in stores had extremely high amounts of the live virus. These results confirm findings from USDA in the Spring which has also found the live virus in raw milk samples.
