CDC Updates COVID-19 Guidelines on Aerosols Once Again

The Trump administration has faced scrutiny for its political interference in CDC statements in recent months. Research shows that COVID-19 plays aerosols play important role in spreading COVID-19. However, public health experts worry that the updated guidance’s phrasing may result in looser protocols for hospitals treating infected patients.
