People who visited Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia or the South Philadelphia Health and Literacy Center last week may have been exposed to measles. A child infected with the virus was at these two facilities on March 7, 8 and 10.
According to health officials, if you were present at the South Philadelphia Health and Literacy Center at 1700 South Broad Street during the following times, you may have been exposed to measles:
- March 7 between 10:45 a.m. and 2:40 p.m.
- March 8 between 9:05 a.m. and 1:20 p.m.
Additionally, if you were at the CHOP facility at 3401 Civic Center Boulevard on March 10 between 7:55 a.m. and 10:15 a.m., you may have been exposed to the virus.
The child with the confirmed measles case was infected while traveling internationally and is not linked with the other local measles case in Montgomery County, PA.
